We are looking forward to seeing everyone on April 11, 2010 for another wonderful day at the races.

This year, the tailgate competition is sponsored by The Capital Newspaper and will begin at 12:00 pm with prizes awarded to winners. The entry form will be mailed with your parking pass.

Entrance from Wayson Road. General Parking is $20 per car plus $5 per person
(children under 6 admitted free of charge)

General parking and admission may be paid at the gate the day of the race.

EXECUTIVE TENTS are located on the back turn of the race course with an excellent view of the starting line, ¾ mile turn and back stretch hurdles and timber fences.  Your guests will enjoy the band, which plays nearby throughout the day and the proximity of Vendor Village at the end of the driveway. Corporate identity banners may be displayed on the tent. All packages include tent, tables & chairs, admission tickets for guests, parking passes and official race day programs. Portable restrooms located nearby. Tables are grey plastic.  Tablecloths and Catering not included.

1. HOSPITALITY TENT for up to 175 GUESTS

Includes 30 x 30 Frame Tent staked on grass with Astro Turf under tent, and 16’ x 30’ picket fenced terrace on grass.   Tent has 30’ solid white back wall and catering trucks may park at the rear of the tent. 30’ clear sidewalls on both sides and open front access to terrace.  Six 3’ Round Tables (inside), Three 8’ Rectangular Tables (inside), Two 5’ Round Tables (inside), Four 5’ Round Tables (outside), Forty-eight Plastic Folding Chairs.

Includes 175 General Admission passes, 87 Executive Parking passes, 87 official race day programs.
